1 cup (250 mL) fresh flat-leaf parsley, trimmed

1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh cilantro, trimmed

34 cloves garlic, cut into quarters

1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil

2 tbsp (30 mL) white wine vinegar

1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice

1 tsp (5 mL) dried oregano

12 tsp (510 mL) hot red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) each salt and pepper

Place parsley, cilantro and garlic in food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Remove to a medium bowl and add oil, vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, red pepper flakes (as per your spice level preference), salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
